INGLEWOOD’S BACKYARD FARM

Every plate at Rouge begins with the bounty of our surroundings. Rooted in the seasons, our dishes draw from the garden, local farms, and the wild – and we invite you to wander the garden that inspires them.

It’s a true “backyard farm” approach to elevated dining – where the morning’s harvest becomes the evening’s signature dish, and what grows around us shapes what we offer to you.

We invite guests not just to dine at Rouge, but to experience our garden as a sensory journey – from soil to stem, from root to table.

Spanning several city lots in the heart of Inglewood, our on-site edible garden is a thriving, ever-evolving landscape of the ingredients we serve and the stories we share.

A community that grows together, eats together.

Connect With Us

Our garden is also a platform for collaboration. Whether partnering with local beekeepers and florists or welcoming culinary students, we believe in sharing the value of growing food, and supporting regenerative practices.

Through pop-ups with local makers, and chef-led garden experiences, we turn our outdoor space into a community hub that celebrates craftsmanship and connection to the land that grows our food.

Every seed planted represents not just a future dish, but a future dialogue about sustainability, flavour and the power of growing together.

If you are interested in collaborations or hosting your own branded event at Rouge, please contact us – we’re always looking for new adventures and partnerships within our community.
