Join Chef Paul Rogalski and foraging expert Denis Manzer for a unique forage-to-table adventure, offered every second Wednesday from July 8 through October 21.
Your foraging experience begins at The Saskatoon Farm, discovering Alberta’s wild edible bounty, before enjoying an exclusive four-course dinner at Rouge inspired by the day’s harvest.
Please dress according to the weather, as we plan to head out foraging rain or shine! Be at Rouge by 1 pm sharp for some roasted dandelion coffee and a quick meet and greet with Paul and Denis before getting on the bus!

Your day includes return transportation from Rouge, time to explore The Saskatoon Farm’s market, a culinary demonstration, a walking tour of Rouge’s edible gardens and a welcome cocktail upon your return.
The evening culminates in a four-course dinner featuring ingredients harvested during the day, thoughtfully paired, followed by an intimate table-side conversation with Chef Paul.
