For 17 days, Calgary’s dining scene comes together to celebrate exceptional food and drink – and Rouge is delighted to be part of the experience.
During this year’s YYC EXP Food and Drink Experience, our kitchen will present a thoughtfully-crafted multi-course menu that highlights the seasonal ingredients, regional producers and garden inspirations that define dining at Rouge.
Step into a living piece of Calgary’s history. Built in 1891 for A.E. Cross – one of Calgary’s “Big Four” and a founding figure in the Calgary Stampede.
