Chef Dean Fast and our culinary team have created a five-course Valentine’s experience that invites you to linger and savour each moment, featuring luxurious ingredients and rich winter flavours.
Step into a living piece of Calgary’s history. Built in 1891 for A.E. Cross – one of Calgary’s “Big Four” and a founding figure in the Calgary Stampede.
