There is a minimum guaranteed sale inclusive of food and beverage, before tax and 18 per cent gratuity, depending on; room(s) rented, style of party and time. The guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed no less than five days prior to the event.

The amount charged will be for the guaranteed number of guests or actual number; whichever is greater.

At the time of booking there is no deposit required although a credit card number is mandatory for reservations.

Payment in full is due on the day of the function.

In the event of cancellation the following applies to buy-outs, large weddings and holiday functions:

Cancellation 60 days prior to event:
30 % of minimum guaranteed sale is charged.

Cancellation 14 days prior to event:
40 % of minimum guaranteed sale is charged.

Cancellation within two weeks of event:
50 % of minimum guaranteed sale is charged.

Food and Beverage
Menu and wine choices must be selected 1-2 weeks prior depending on event size.

ROUGE is ready to accommodate any nutritional or allergy concerns based on the advice of the party present.

A $5 per person plating charge is in effect if dessert* is not ordered through ROUGE.

Removal of any food product, after the function, is prohibited by Health and Safety regulations.

ROUGE will be the exclusive supplier of all beverages, including alcohol.

* Dessert must come from a licensed bakery

ROUGE provides the use of burgundy or white table clothes and sandstone napkins as well as tea lights and candleholders.

You are more than welcome to decorate the facility; however the use of confetti, tacks, nails, staples and tape on the walls is prohibited.

60 days notice is required for the rental of tents, chairs, tables etc.

The sound system at ROUGE can be made available during your function. You are also welcome to hire a DJ for your event.

Due to City of Calgary noise bylaws, any outdoor parties must end or move inside by 10 p.m.
